Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Return & Refund Policy
To start a return, please reach out to us at support@dahliapets.com to start the return process. You may return unopened and unused items (except gift cards and digital products) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. A 15% restock fee will be assessed if the item has been open or used. To complete your return, we require your name, order number, and contact information. You are responsible for paying for return shipping. We can provide a return label, and deduct the cost from your return, or you can purchase shipping from the post office or UPS. Once we receive your return, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card), within 24 hours.

Defective, Damaged, or Broken Products

If your item is defective, broken, or has been damaged in shipping, please reach out to us at support@dahliapets.com with your name, order number, and photographs of the damage. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged item to be eligible for a free replacement. Please provide photos of the damaged items to expedite your support request. Once we have received your request (including photos of the damage), we will reply within 48 hours with replacement options. We reserve the right to refuse replacement, and replacements are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, we will be happy to replace the item, free of charge. 

Digital Products & Gift Cards Policy

Because of the nature of digital products and gift cards, we do not offer refunds on those purchases except in instances of accidental duplicate purchases. If you are very dissatisfied with your digital purchase, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help. If you did not receive your digital purchase, please check your promotions or spam folder. If you still did not receive it, please reach out to us at support@dahliapets.com and we will send it to you again. Thank you! 

Cancellation Policy

We can cancel your order at any time before it ships (except for digital items, Clucks of Joy Subscription Boxes, and gift cards which are sent immediately after purchase). Please reach out to us at support@dahliapets.com with your order number, and we will be happy to cancel your order. Once your order ships, we cannot cancel your order. You can return the items, however (please refer to our refund process, explained above). Recurring Clucks of Joy Subscription Box orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your next charge date. To cancel your Clucks of Joy Subscription Box order, reach out to us at support@dahliapets.com or log into your customer account at DahliaPets.com to cancel your recurring order.
