Logging Into Your Account & Changing Your Payment Method

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my credit card information?

You should be able to change your payment information in your customer account (click here to log into your account). If you still cannot change your payment or have another technical issue, please reach out to us at support@dahliapets.com and we will be happy to help you. Usually, we can send an email with a link to update your card information.

How can I add/remove products from my existing Autoship?

You can add to or remove products from your existing subscription by logging into your account. Choose the products you wish to add or remove.

How can I cancel my subscription or Autoship?

While we hate to see you go, we understand circumstances change. You can log into your account to cancel your subscription.

General Subscription Questions

Which products can I add to my Autoship?

Most products in the Dahlia store can be added to your Autoship subscription. If the product is available, you will see an option on the product page:

Currently, Dahlia offers 30 & 60 day Autoship options.
