A: Orders under $49 pay a flat $5 shipping fee. Orders over $49 ship for free.
Q: What's your shipping policy?
A: Packages are shipped Monday - Friday by either United States Postal Service, UPS Ground, or FedEx 2 Day and Home Delivery. Due to post office limitations, products ordered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will ship the following Monday. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours, however, in some cases, it might take up to 72 hours. For the fastest shipping, please use a street address.
Q: Why is my product on back order/hasn't shipped yet?
A: Our products are very popular, and to ensure maximum freshness, we replenish our herbs on a weekly basis. This is a good thing - you can be sure your herbs are as fresh as possible! We strive for back ordered products to be restocked within 7 business days. If your order hasn't shipped or is on back order, please check with us at support@dahliapets.com to find out an expected ship date. If you were notified your product is on back order, you can expect it to ship before or on the date listed on your notification.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to Canada via UPS or USPS. Your order will have a tracking number so we can track its journey. Please note that shipping to Canada is a flat $40 fee.
Q: What if I live outside the continental US?
A: Shipments to HI and AK are free for orders over $49, and $5 for orders under $49. For Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, & American Samoa, shipments under $49 are $5 shipping and orders over $49 are $20 to ship. While we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, with rising USPS prices, we have had to amend our policies for these regions. Thank you for understanding.
Q: It's been a while and my order still hasn't shown up. What can I do?
A: When your item shipped, you might have received a tracking number in your shipping confirmation. Please check the tracking number with either USPS or UPS to determine whether the package has left our warehouse. Please use the tracking information to determine an expected delivery date for your items. If your package hasn't shipped or you don't know your tracking number, please contact us at support@dahliapets.com for an update.
